Background

Attorney Anna Phillips has practiced family law with a focus on children and families since 2004. 

She began her career in the Detroit-metro area, then practiced in Indianapolis as a Civil Legal Aid attorney and parent's attorney in Juvenile Court before relocating to Memphis.

In Memphis, Attorney Phillips handles family matters in Circuit, Chancery, and Juvenile Courts.  She also handles Conservatorships and Estate matters in Probate Court.  She serves as Guardian ad Litem in Juvenile Court matters, and is available for Guardian ad Litem investigations from other jurisdictions.

Attorney Phillips is committed to providing affordable, family centered legal services in Germantown, Memphis, and Shelby County.
