NEW:  MDA Review for $500.  Couples often hire one attorney to handle their uncontested divorce, but an attorney can only represent one person in divorce - so one party is the "client."  A good attorney will advice the "unrepresented party" of this, and that he or she is free to consult an attorney before signing the papers.  This does not mean that the papers are going to favor one side or the other, but it is more than reasonable to want to have an independent review.  So unrepresented spouses who want an attorney to give an unbiased assessment of the divorce papers they have been handed now have that option.  The fee includes a detailed review, a sit down session, and a written memorandum.
